I'm starting my test E/D-bol Cycle this coming Thursday. I've already made a post in regards to my cycle and thanks to all the members here I have my doses, PCT and everything lined up.
I wanted to know if you guys change the way you train during a cycle. I know a lot of the old school pros would do up to 16-20 sets for smaller muscles like triceps, biceps and shoulders. I'm not gonna go follow Arnold's routine just because I'm on gear, but I wanted to know how many sets and exercises can you add in respect to over trainning. Thanks for the input.
