I am natural, but i don't think that makes too much of a difference cuz i've still seen dramatic increases. I mainly use 2 workouts, one is just where i go very heavy. The other is supersetting seated calf raises and donkey calf raises non-stop, no rest in between. When u can't do another rep, lower the weight and continue supersetting the two. Important thing to remember is if u can only raise your foot all the way or only a 1/4 inch, it still counts.
