I am 35 years old. Over the last 2 years I have let work get in the way of my excercise and it shows. I am trying to get back in shape and have started to do 1cc of test cyp every 10 days. my question is will this help build my strength back and also help burn some fat as well? Of course I am back in the gym and the diet is on lock down. How long can I continue this routine before needing a break? Would a low dose like this require anything when coming off of cycle?
