Not really worried about it atm because i'm not cutting but ive been frying my fish and chicken in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and it taste so good! A lot better than baking. I'm thinking its got to be bad in some way lol.

If you get good cold pressed olive oil and heat it, it tends to destroy the oil (hence "Cold Pressed"). I would add the oil after the fact, IMHO.
dont quote me, but i think at a certain temp(when i starts smoking) destroys the health benefits of it.
i think some people use macadamia oil to pan fry due to it being more tolerant to heating. or coconut. not sure which.

good chart halfway down. it all depends on quality too.
I think it is macadamia nut (better) ask nark
i will advice you what bino would have said.
macadamia oil
why use cocunut oil, contains heeps of saturated fat. use sunflower or macadamia
use GSO
the idea is the taste, i agree frying with olive oil makes things taste so much better, so one table spoon is not going to make a difference, maximum 2 tablespoons a day...
