    Cutting workout help....

Ok guys, here's my situation. I have some posts explaining the poor choices i have made with aas and how i want to change what i did. So i was hoping that you guys could give some pointers and a few suggestions on what kind of lifts you recommend. So i want to cut my belly fat (pics in pic forum) off completely. I also want to get shredded in my chest which is possible as i have done it the first time i used test. Anyways i want to get as cut as possible while not losing much lean mass (none would be cool if possible). But i was hoping for some insight on what lifts to do when cutting. Also, do i need to do cutting on every muscle group; do i need to do more reps or more sets?; how much cardio ect.... Any help is appreciated guys.

Cutting means diet, and perhaps you can look at the diet section for a look at peoples diet tips ect. Not knowing where you are at for lifting, try looking at www.stronglifts.com. Has alot of good info on workout routine. Good luck.

Absolutely. Cutting is about fat loss which is mostly diet...along with good cardio.
