pretty much everything that's in it. Some people dont care about injesting aspartame, cellulose gum, artificial sweetners etc. I would say do some research about them and make up your own mind. I personally made a decision to stay away from aspartame, artificial sweetners, fructose, sucrose, and all that processed junk
