    Forearm pain on aas

Got a problem, since like the second week on AAS, but I'm not sure if it's due to overtraining or not enough training, don't know if any of you had this problem or not,

just above the wrist all the way up to 3/4 of the forearm, it hurts like hell when I do curls and it ain't too bad when doing it but when I drop the weights on the floor, it's like the muscles are ripping off, I don't know if it's my forearms aren't trained enough, or if I am over training my forearms, or if I'm going too high on curls too quick.

    any advice greatly appreciated.

seriously you think its the aas? if anything your repair rate is faster. Im sure its from overtraining. did you just go on a cycle? do you have training history? are you using winstrol?

I've been training for 5-6 years, but my biceps curls went up 100% from what it use to be, so I don't know if it's my forearm that can't handle it or if its being overtrained.

yes if they went up 100percent give it a rest, you are definately straining your forearm. Ive noticed mine have been a bit sore lately too, my bicept has gone up a fair amount too.

I think your forearms are falling a little behind and straining to catch up. Ive had the same thing. LIke you said, not too bad when doing the curl. Its when you put the weight down and release the pressure on the bar is when it hurts the most.

I get it the worst on preacher curls. But lately its been minimal as Ive adapted to the heavier weight.

I've been having issues with it, so I don't know if I should just quit training for a week and just ice em up, or just train my forearms harder.

I only had pain during the workout. Does your pain continue after your done training?

You could try warming up more before you start and icing after workouts if its persistant. Use an anti inflammatory for the pain.

Ive had this pain going into a growth cycle but I always adapt. I never had to take time off, but you dont want to cause damage either. You'll have to judge whether or not to take a break.

the pain dosen't keep going when my arms are just doing nothing, but if I do awkward movements like let's say try to pick up a pot from 1 handle and not the 2 handles, well I can feel the pain starting again, till I put it down. then it stops again, just when I do weird movements with my arms/wrist, or when I sink my finger into the middle of my forearm.

X2 on what I said earlyer. I've Been there done that and worn the T-shirt I even put up with the pain for 2 months before it got even worse, then I took 2 weeks off and done just legs for them weeks and it was all better. Take A break.

Take a joint and and tendon / ligement supplements for 2 weeks and see if things do not improve.
This: glucosamine - msm - chondroitin - collagen.
I have a bum wrist and it helps a lot. The pain did get worse on first cycle as well.
    Cheers!
