Hi.
I am trhinkin of doin a martial art as part of my cardio routine but they are so many and so many styles to each art!
I really need peoples help when choosing one!
What martial art should I do?
I want one that has a bit of everything in it and has an ancient background.
I like ninjutsu but cannot find a dojo near me that has classes on the weekends....
I like shaolin kung fu except there are no high kicks in it.
I have also considered jui jitsu bit I am not sure if that has strikes and weapons training in it.
Is possible to learn a martial art from a dvd as I have no work schedule and do not know what days I will be free?
