My team just got a new strength and conditioning coach and IMO his program is a little wack compared to my previous coaches.

I'm a Defensive linemen and need to add 20+ pounds and hes got me doing workouts that are the same as recievers, I understand that theirs a preparation phase that consists of 3 sets of 12+ thats important to do be4 your maximum strength phase.

For me after my prep phase, what kind of sets and reps should i be doing in order to gain weight and get stronger? keep in mind my main lifts are power cleans, snatchs, squat, bench, deadlift, landmine press.
