okay im roughly 217lbs 20% bf standing 5'10 i want to drop bf and cut i have no clue where to start theres just so many diffrent ways and diets its nuts im on overload trying to figure this plz help![]()

look can anyone help i work alot and have hardly any time to make serious meals i work 19hrs a day i could really use some help
My first suggestion would be work less, cause if you work 19 hours a day have no time to make meals and sleep 4-5 hours a day with no workouts your already ****ed!!!
yea, 2 meals a day should do it, breakfast and dinner, then its time to go sleep...!
well i have time for the gym 19hrs includes sleep im just on call
oh and im not huge i work out roughly 1.5 5 days a week included in that is 30min-45min of cardio
thats what im looking for is cutting damn winter ****s everything up lol
