    Thumbs up Cutting Down 30lb challenge! Help? Cutting Log?

    Hey guys after bulking up for a few months I am ready to cut down and do not think that I will be looking to bulk up anymore after this seasons cut. Im looking for some help with my diet. I am currently 230lbs @ 20% used calipers this morning. Im strong as hell but im looking to cut down to around 200lbs weight doesnt really matter just looking for a shredded physique. Im willing to post my daily losses and pictures along the way I just will need help with my diet. The first 2 weeks of my diet are as follows please cirtique.

    Meal 1:
    6 egg whites 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    2 Scoops Whey Protein shake (2 tbsp flax)

    Meal 3:
    6oz Flank Steak , Green Veggies (1 to 1.5 cups) Not very concerned with counting Veggie intake in 1st 2 weeks

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    6oz Chicken, 1 medium Yam

    Meal 5:
    8oz Tilipia, Green Veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice or Sugar free Oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    1.5 Scoops Whey with 1Tbsp Flax

    I like the food choices but a quick guestimate has that well under 2000 calories. I think you are going to need more food. I would add in more fats and carbs. How much cardio do you plan on doing?

    Well currently im doing 30mins of cardio some days mild intensity other days interval I try to do 5 days a week. My body is very carb sensitive Im able to gain quickly but cutting is this issue I'm willing to take advice and listen to people not just gonna blow off what I dont want to hear. What are your suggestions?

    I would start off around 2400-2600 calories and see how that works for you. I would tend to increase cardio from there as opposed to decrease calories to get past sticking points that will come up. I think you will hold more muscle and lose the fat just as fast that way as opposed to going 1700 calories and less cardio.

    Ok sounds good what are your suggestions in my diet? As in like food increases and meals?

    I would use the same foods you already picked out and run a good ole fashioned 40-40-20 macro split at around 2500 calories. So about 250g protein, 250g carbs and 55g fat.

    yes you need more food , and if your carb sensitive try ala and chromium with each carb meal,
    if your going to have a no carb meal try cla caps for fat burning , they work
    also make sure all food calories are done at least 3 hours before bedtime, so when your pituitary secretes growth hormone, there wont be any food in the system to block it,
    waking up to a leaner physique daily, times of the day to secret growth and burn alot of fat is while training and while sleeping , an empty stomach on both senarios works
    in laymens terms yes more food and do your cardio

    Lord, Do you still suggest the Flax with my shakes and what exactly is ala? I must of missed out on that one in Chemistry lab haha. So ill add more veggies carbs as well as protein Do you suggest eating until I'm full protein wise like do not measure 6 ounces just eat a portion until full?
