Hey guys after bulking up for a few months I am ready to cut down and do not think that I will be looking to bulk up anymore after this seasons cut. Im looking for some help with my diet. I am currently 230lbs @ 20% used calipers this morning. Im strong as hell but im looking to cut down to around 200lbs weight doesnt really matter just looking for a shredded physique. Im willing to post my daily losses and pictures along the way I just will need help with my diet. The first 2 weeks of my diet are as follows please cirtique.
Meal 1:
6 egg whites 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
2 Scoops Whey Protein shake (2 tbsp flax)
Meal 3:
6oz Flank Steak , Green Veggies (1 to 1.5 cups) Not very concerned with counting Veggie intake in 1st 2 weeks
Workout
Meal 4:
6oz Chicken, 1 medium Yam
Meal 5:
8oz Tilipia, Green Veggies, 1/2 cup brown rice or Sugar free Oatmeal.
Meal 6:
1.5 Scoops Whey with 1Tbsp Flax
