    Rice Select "Couscous"

    Hey guys just picked up all the food for my diet and I was about to check out when I noticed a product that is like rice I have had it before as a kid but not in years. Its called Couscous im thinking about using this as part of my Carbs for my Cutting Diet. The macros are as follows...
    1/4 cup dry serving size
    Calories 150
    Fat 0
    Sodium 0
    Total Carb 31g
    Dietary Fiber 2g
    Sugars 1g
    Protein 5g
    Let me know what you guys think It says its made from Quality Durum Wheat.

    Couscous is ground wheat, its good...

    Couscous is High GI, if this is for your cutting diet then I would limit it to post workout only, I'm saying this not knowing what "supplements" you plan on taking if any, a good addition would be lentils, they are very low GI and are very versatile and easy to cook.
