    Does any body know the nutritional facts for 12 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast?

    Cals?
    Fat?
    Carbs?
    Protien?

    no but you can calculate...12oz=340grams.

    so multiply all values on the chart by 3.4

    So ther is roughly like 78 grams of protein in 12 ounces?
    Does that sound right?
