    Full body workouts?

I was wondering if any one could comment on the advantages of full-body workouts over a push/pull/legs three day training split? Ive been using a full body workout routine for a few months now and feel its time to change things up a little. Does anyone think splitting up muscle groups over the week are better than 2 or 3 full body workouts a week? My new training split will look like this:
    MON: pull (back & biceps)
TUE: push (shoulders, chest, & triceps)
    WED: legs
    THUR: pull
    FRI: push
    SAT: legs
    SUN: REST
My old training split looked like this:

    MON: FULL BODY
    TUE: REST
    WED:FULL BODY
    THUR:REST
FIR:FULL BODY/REST (depending on how im feeling)
    SAT:REST
    SUN:REST

well theirs no evidence to say a full body workout or split routine is better,

so no one can say a split routine is better

it more about what ur more comfortable with

i personaly like spilts coz i could never have the enrgy for a full body workout

plus i think once u sart taking steroids its a little hard to include so much volume in one workout

as a natural trainer though a full body workout is just as good as a split

The push/pull split routine is a good one. Save the fullbody workouts till summer time and the beach season.
