I think it's going to be hard to put on that much size or gain that much strength while doing so much cardio.. An intense session in the morning on an emty stomach should be sufficient. Also it's hard to critique your workout without seeing what excerises you're doing for each muscle. One thing I would change is put your back day AFTER chest on wed and take thursday off. This way you won't be working your bi's two days in a row..

i personaly think he should just switch is back workout day with his leg workout day

just think itll make life easier

also i think your doing WAY to much for arms, 4 sets with 4 exercies for both biceps and triceps?

maybe just 2 exercises with 3 sets of each might be better?

also maybe u could give us more detail on your workout

4 sets of 5 exercises isnt best discription since exercises can vary greatly

if you were doing 16 sets total of compound leg exercises then your probably doing to much and overtraining
