Hey guys.

I know a lot of people on here are very structured with the time they work out and their meals. I actually work on a Rial Road that is all seniority driven so I am bounced around a lot. I was curious if anyone is in this situation? I am trying to put together a diet where my carb intake only consists of Breakfast (Oats) PWO (Whey, Luecine & Oats) and PPWO Usually a Sweet Potatoe. My question is would it be ok to eat those three meals one after another and then have Pro/Fat meals for the rest of the day if my workouts had to be first thing in the Morn (3-4am)?

Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated
