Hey guys. I've been looking through this board for a verg long time now, just never joined. I did my first contest recently, in Dec. I will be competing thoughout life and i just had a quesiton bout some juice.

i was 161. I am all natural. Currently 200lbs. Im 6'1. And have been training for bout 5 years. maybe more or less. I got my diet straigth etc.

Now i was just wondering if anyone has a sample cycle for a first time user? I've looked at many but dont know which to go with. I can get my hands on whatever. The contest Is in Augest. So i was wondering what i can take to beef up, then cut down and be clean in time for the contest. Getting ripped is no prob, cause i was able to do it in thoes photos all natural. Your help is very appreciated. Sorry for asking so much on the first post. I looked at detection times and stuff already, but not sure of what im going ot take. thx for your help!
