hey iv just been looking at some diets and there is no way i can afford to eat like that so i was wondering could i just eat chicken fillets all the time. my diet would look like this. chicken fillets, protein shake, maybe some eggs, most the time i have either chicken curry, chicken sweet and sour, spagbowl, or maybe a steak if i have the money. obviously i onli have one of them main meals a day. can anyone help me find some cheaper foods. i weigh bout just under 8 stone atm, lost like 8 pound since i stoped goin gym, im 21 and bout 5.5ft. 1 more question, can i just eat rubbish fatty foods to put on weight like pizza n burgers. i onli wana put on bout 6 pound then start eating healthier for wen i go back to the gym
