Well I would assume that with test, a good diet and cardio you would not need anything else. Personally Id wait until after your cycle so you know what exactly the test is doing by itself......jmo.....Originally Posted by Damienm05

It's actually a question on behalf of my friend, currently planning his cycle. I've set him up w/ a good diet and cycle w/ AI due to the fact he's a little higher bf% than ideal. He's just started using the ECA stack and doesn't want to stop for another 4-5 weeks but just got his gear and pinned right away, impatient fool! Anyway, I told him to probably stay off the ephedra for the 12-week cycle but I have no solid evidence of why/why not either way.
