I was just wondering about how much of a calorie defecit I can be on and not lose muscle. I know the juice will maintain my muscle while cutting, but is there a point where muscle will be lost if calories are to low? My TDEE is about 3500 calories. I also have a bottle of T3, but I am not sure if I should use it.
