    calorie defecit

Im planning my next cycle which I will be starting in a few months. Gonna be a cutting cycle. Not sure which compounds I am going to use, but my question today is diet related. I was just wondering about how much of a calorie defecit I can be on and not lose muscle. I know the juice will maintain my muscle while cutting, but is there a point where muscle will be lost if calories are to low? My TDEE is about 3500 calories. I also have a bottle of T3, but I am not sure if I should use it.

    stats

    25 years old
    12-13% BF
    5' 11''
    195 lbs
working out since I was 18 with a few breaks. Going really strong non stop for over 3 years now.
cycle experience-just Test E at 500mg per week one time

    thanks!

from what I have read, T3 eats up your muscles. How much? Well I cannot help you there.

As far as the calories, being 12-13%bf I would just up your cardio and leave the cals where theyre at. Either first thing in the am on an empty stomach or pwo cardio for a min of 30-45 min at 5-6 days week keeping your hr in the fat burning zone...

Now, if you are already doing a lot of cardio, drop your cals ny 300 for a few weeks and your body will tell you where to go from there.......
