Help calculating dosage

I suck at math so I need help.
I have sustanon at 325mgs/ml- which I want to inject EOD.
Totalling 500mgs/ week
I will be using 3ml syringes so how many ML will I need to fill up per shot?
I figure its about .3 or maybe .4 but don't know for sure.

Ummm cant really figure an exact amount out. If you were doing like test e and wanted to do 2x shots a week then ok. BUT eod is dfferent. if u have M/W/F/Su. One week. The next week will me Tu/TH/SAT..... So basically 4 one week 3 the next. Figure the dose u want per shot.

500 / 3.5 = 142.857

142.857 / 325 = 0.439ml EOD

Some weeks will be more than others though...

Week one will be 3 shots.
week two will be 4 shots.
week three will be 3 shots.

use this equation its very accurate

mg x 7(days in a week) / devided by how many days apart .... soo... example



250mg taken every 4days would be 250 x 7 / 4 = 437.5mg/week

250mg taken every 3rd day will be 250 x 7 / 3 = 583.33 mg/week

250 mg every 2nd day would be 250 x 7 / 2 = 875mg/week.. ect...


so to take 500mg/week of sustanon at 375mg you would go...
0.6ml (225mg) every 3rd day. 225x7 =1575 divided by 3 = 525mg/week

i am not a huge believer in the some weeks youll have 3 shot and some 4 although it will be the case, as long as the shots are spaced appropriately and evenly the body doesnt recognize 7 day weeks, we simply use it as a reference of time measurement.

i think you're having a hard time adding. or reading. not meaning to be rude. but try to understand this ok. and i'm very good at math its just complicating but acurate.
there is no gap ... what you talking about? theres never a gap 2days apart is every other day threw the whole cycle, 3 days apart is every 3rd day threw out the cycle.
so EXAMPLE. keep it at 100mg so its easy for you to add. if you're taking 100mg every other day, you repeat your injections on the same days of the week every 2weeks. so in 2 weeks you take 7 injections, =700mg devide that by 2 (weeks) you get 350mg/week. if its every 3days you repeat the same injections on the same days of the week every 3 weeks. put it on paper. so 100mg every 3 days you take 7 injections every 3 weeks and those 3 weeks repeat themselves on the exact days of the week threw the cycle. so in 3 weeks... 100mg every 3rd day, you end up takin 7 injections in the 3 week period. so you took 700mg, devide that by 3 weeks it'll come to 233.33 per week. if you're going by real numbers thats the truth. not a mon wed fri thing.
and i was giving him examples on the numbers, my advise on dosing his sust in the end of the msg is the most acurate way to go. you might know your juice i know my math bro.

anyway staying on the subject, 225mg of your sust. (0.6ml) taken every 3 days DOES infact come out to 525mg/week. put it on paper notice if your injection days are every 3rd how you'd be repeating a 3 week cycle of injections (on the same days of the week)

so again 225mg per injection by 7 injections (every 3 weeks) = 1575 devide that by 3 wow you get 525!!! it IS accurate.

if you wana go every 2 days its the same process but the injection days repeat them selves every 2 weeks.... so your not going by week your going by how much you take every 2 weeks... so if you want to shoot every other day and you want to take 500mg / week of your 375mg/ml sust, you would go....

0.4ml of sust375 (150mg) x 7 injections every 2 weeks = 1050 devide that by the 2 weeks it's 525mg/week!!!

I just cant be bothered by eod on sus. I just added an extra shot in between so doing Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, then repeat! (1000mg pw) love the extra 250.

i'm not disagreeing with you that is correct too, i just did it a different way, either or he ends up taking 0.4 EOD. i just wanted to prove my equation works i like to use it for myself i understand it better that way. everyone has their own way of doing it, but it worked out the same k sorry
