Really strange, but I almost feel stronger when I'm dieting. IT never used to be like this, I used to get really strong when I was eating big. Maybe its a sign I'm getting older, hahah. I could have my protein at 500 grams/day when bulking, and seem lethargic and weak. I almost wonder if I'm eating too much. Also, I've slacked off cardio the past few wks. Maybe its just a sign that I'm getting out of shape,hahaha. I'm 5'9" and 245 lbs, around 12-14% bf. Maybe I should just call this maxed out on bulk and go back to lean phase. Anybody else ever run into this?
I'm also on dbol, this shouldnt be happening!!
