Im planning on taking IGF-1LR3 or GH with some test/deca/anavar/clen. Im 29 (30 in feb) 5'10 185llbs. 15%BF
My problem is that Im working two jobs now and am finding it difficult to get all the lifts in I want. I train 3 days a week Juijitzu/MThai and am hoping to get 2-3 days in for lifting.
My question is... do I need to change my schedule and get more lifting in or would my training compensate for the lowered lifting days. I usually lift 4-5 days a week.
