When bulking, I just can't get enough food. If I ate completely clean, I would never meet my goals. So, I do get to enjoy myself a bit.

2-cups milk
3-tbs peanut butter
1-cup Moose Tracks ice cream
1-banana
2-scoops ON whey

Blend and drink.

5'8" and finally breaking 250. This off season I'll see 260 one way or another.
