how di split my PCT throughout the day?

Im soon starting a clomid 100-100-50-50 and nolv 40-40-20-20 PCT and i need to know how do i split the clomid and nolvadex? 2 pills morning 2 pills before bed? 1 pill every 4 hour? how?

I just take mine in the morning, some who have vision sides from clomid take them before bed. you don't really need to split them.
