HOW to step back from a squat rack?

    hey guys

currently having issue when i squat

ive gotten my squats up to 230kg 4 reps, which im pretty happy with

im having alot of troubles with my knees when squating

its not the squating movement itself, but the step back from the squat rack when i first start the exercise

whenever i push the bar up from the rack and take those 2-3 steps back from the rack to get into postion to squat my knees get alot of pressure put onto them and are REALLY starting to hurt

was wondering if anyone has a link or suggestions or methods on how to step back properly from a squat rack

becuase atm im avoiding squating coz my knees are going to give in at this rate
