Do i use protein shakes? Yes, all the time (twice today). But do i use them as a crutch? Not at all.
I have been in your situation. I stretched my stomach till i shit blood, and now i eat like a horse. I just ate 1lb of steak, 2 bushels of asparagus, 1 monster milk shake from the gym (new flavor wanted to try it), and i am about to eat a whole box of cocoa pebbles as dessert (do not try this at home kids). So if you need help with the stomach thing ask, "how do i stretch my stomach so i don't have to buy into this protein shake crap?"
ps. Lmfao at "big blonde black-looking white guy"hahahahhahahahhaha
