im cutting weight right now..im gonna get down to 220-215 before i jump on again. im eating clean: chicken, mahi, swordfish, tilapia, eggs and shakes are my sources of protien. green veggies and some fruit are the only carbs i take in and my fats are coming from almonds and natty pb.
