    Diet Help

    Hi Guys,

I am new to the forum and basically I just need some advice really.

I am currently at University and have been training on and off for around 2 and a half years. I play rugby twice a week and train 3 times a week. I am in the gym 4 times a week and run 2 or 3 times a week.

The problem I am having is with my diet. I know it is poor and every time I try and do one for myself it just fails. I really struggle to find something that works for me and sticks.

My goals at the moment are to loose body fat and gain muscle. I am hitting the gym hard and running but as I previously said my diet really lets me down.

If someone could just give me some ideas of what to eat and when throughout the day to get me started I would greatly appreciate it. I am not looking for all the work to be done for me, more just point me in the right direction and I'll do my best to learn for myself.

    Well my stats would be:

    Age: 19
    Height: 6' 5"
    Weight: 235lbs approx

    General week is as follows:

Monday - Gym and evening rugby training
Tuesday Gym and evening rugby training
Wednesday - Rugby match / rest / run
    Thursday - Evening rugby training
    Friday - Gym + run
Saturday - Rugby match / rest / run
    Sunday - rest

    Thanks for reading guys.

    Lofty.

Here's the thing, I wouldn't say I am overweight... it is literally this horrible spare tyre and excess fat on my chest that is just doing my head in. And this little bit around my cheeks that is horrible.
