5 scoops of vinilla ice cream
choco syrp till seemed like enough
skim milk (like that matters at this point)
4 scoops of protien power (choco)
two eggs
whip cream
and there you have it a mid night snack - finishing my second one right now and going back to bed with a bottle of h2o cuz the tren a - keeps me up at night and makes me sweat 4 lbs a night ... lol
