    After getting all of the help from you guys about my diet I made final changes I started this today. Hows it look?
    Stats 230lbs @ 20%BF 5'9

    Meal 1: 8:30am
    8 egg whites, 2 Sugar Free Oatmeal Packets (CAL 336) (40g Pro) (4 Fats) (36 Carb)

    Snack: 1oz Almonds (Cal 140) (6g Pro) (6g Carb) (14g Fat)

    Meal 2: 11:00am
    6oz Chicken, 6oz medium Yam 2 Tbsp FLAX (CAL 660) (42g Pro) (30g FAT) (47g Carb)

    Meal 3: 1:30pm
    8oz Tuna, 1 medium Yam (CAL 400) (44g Pro) (50g Carb) (4g Fat)

    Workout

    Meal 4: PWO MEAL 3pm
    8oz Ground Turkey, Green Veggies (1 to 1.5 cups) 5oz White Potato (CAL 430) (47g Pro) (16g Fat) (26g Carb)

    Snack: 1.5 Scoops Whey (135 Cal) (34.5 Pro) 5pm

    Meal 5: 7:30pm
    8oz Tilipia, Green Veggies, Salad 2 Tbst Olive Oil & Vingar(CAL 314) (42g Pro) (16g Fat)

    Meal 6: 10pm
    1.5 Scoops Whey with 1 Tbsp Flax (CAL 265) (34g Pro) (14g Fat)

    Total CAL 2680 calories
    Total Pro 289.5g
    Total Carb 165g
    Total Fat 98g

    Macros make things much easier to understand, diet looks legit. How much cardio are you doing?

    Right now im doing 30 Mins in the morning first thing empty stomach and im lifting in the afternoon and doing 20mins on the bike after my workout.

    Sounds good. If I was you i'd be a bit worried about losing some muscle, especially with T3 and those other supps you're going to be taking, cause your calories to me seem a little low especially with your weight.

    I have an extreamly hard time losing fat so I feel any higher ill just maintain. Right now im holding off on supps I would like to lean out a little first then ill give the supps a go! While cutting I usually gain some size actually Tren and Test Prop seem to work magic for me.

    In my avatar pic I started dieting I was about 210 and I took measurements and when I was done I was 193 lbs 2 inch bigger arms and 2 inch bigger chest. It was insane!

    Damn that's nice. I keep hearing good things about Tren, definitely going to try that stuff out next cycle.

    Anyways bro, wish you the best of luck, you're well prepared and will lose the weight.

    Thanks bro I have been posting all sorts of cycle and I was just putting to many drugs in the mix. I ended up going with...
    Prop 100mg EOD x 10wks
    Tren 100mg EOD x 10wks
    Anavar 50mg ED Wks 1-8
    Adex .5mg ED x 10wks
    T3 50mcg ED x 10wks
    Clen 100mcg ED x 10wks
    Keto 1mg ED x 10wks

    u really should change that last meal to casein---only time u should b using whey is pwo and even then i do 1sc casein 1sc whey---that whey aint doin nowhere near what casein would do as far as keeping ur muscle

    i use ON (optimum nutrition) 100% casein--tastes better than anything else ive tried---get the chocolate------good luck---the fat should melt off if u stick to that diet---dont forget to do a re-feed every 6-7 days after a couple weeks in
