    my friend needs help!

my friend is new to working out, hes just a skater bum, broken his left wrist like 3 times, and after it being in the casts so long it is like half the size of his right arm, i have him runnin a five day split with me and im watching him and watching his form hes doing good, but im worried that he wont be able to get his right and left arm to the same strength / size as his right arm.

hes on a bulking diet and eating tons of protein foods.

    heres his stats

    weight: 135lbs
    age: 17
    Height: 5"11
BF: no idea maybe like 6-7%

any advice for what he could do?

my advice for him would be to keep at the diet for definate and to match strength on both arms i would have him use dumbells both of the same weight doing hammer curls, standing curls and incline curls etc and as this is building his weaker arm up it will simply maintain the strength he has on his stronger arm and then he will know when they are both equal strength and be able to progress the together

I was a sponsored skater and have broken many many bones. the only thing that is different and cannot seem to catch up is my left calf (right calf is used for pushing), and my quads are formed differently. his arms will be fine. it takes time.
