    next cycle advice...

    Heres the deal, I had a planned cycle to start back in October of last year but had an accident at work and was unable to work out much and was unable to do cardio. I have since recovered and gotten back in the gym but my bf is up a little. nothing too high just around 15% but definatley elevated. My questions is this, since i am a little "out of shape" should I drop back and punt on my next cycle.....It consists of:

    Weeks 1-4: 50mg ED anadrol
    weeks 1-14: test cyp 600mg/wk
    weeks 1-16: eq 600mg/wk

    might even throw in some Var on weeks 13-17.

    PCT of nolva, clomid and possible some hcg (if I dont cruise to the next cycle)

    ive done numerous cycles and am ready to jump back in. Im just wondering if since its been a bit since I have done a cycle, if i should pull back the rieins a bit start back out slower.

    id wait a little while, why you stoppin test a month before your done with cycle?

    I meant weeks 1-14 on the test.

    Could you elaborate on WHY you say to wait? Do you mean get the BF lower? If thats what you mean, I understand. im really looking for advice on the cycle when I do start back.....whats the opinion on that?

    well sounded like you want to get your BF down a bit before starting,, i would run the test a wk past the eq and stop the eq in wk 14

    thanks man. I do want to get down a bit but I've started around 15% before and did pretty well. I am totally healed up and have the blessing from the doc to get back at it. I usually do cardio twice a day until i get back closer to single digits. Im more than likely going to wait til i get at least til around 12 or 13% before starting back. Again thanks bro.

    Sounds like your ready. 15% bf isn't that bad of a jump on point as long as your not doing a bulk. Lean bulk or moderate cut and you should be gtg.
