Personally I jog at the gym. I do 3.5 MPH target heart rate is like 120-140 I believe. Could be wrong. Depending on your goals adjust your time and how often you run. Don't run less then 20 minutes per session
haha ur prolly shorter than me cause i walk at 3.7... but ya i do that for 40-60 min 4-5 times a week
I thought the same thing, I walk at 4.1. How the hell do you jog at 3.5

best cardio is the kind u will actually do and best for fat burning is Sprints or Intervals
oh and it kiiiiiilllls the shins to walk it i find!
i agree, my shins kills me when i walk but still do it...i do HIIT 3 times a week and walk the other days, i do one session in the morning and one before i go to bed right after my last meal of the day, i also do LI (low intensity) for 30 minutes after lifting, and if i am not lifting then i do 1 hour...its working great for me.
