Mixing HCG and deca in the same syringe

I was told that it was ok to mix HCG and deca/oil based steroid in the same syringe. Since the HCG is B12 water based it look like big red bubble in the syringe, that could not be right could it? Isn't HCG supposed to be injected into fat as opposed to intermuscular?

Please advise.

I mix with Bac water, so it's clear.

B12 as in Preloaded 5ML Cyanocobalamin syringe, that came with the HCG specifically to reconstitute it, this gear is RX from the pharmacy.
