i am working out the finer points in my diet but one problem, i get around 200-250g carbs a day. im 5'9 200lbs bf around 12% and train 6 days a week. i eat carbs with all my meals but i cant' eat any more than i do. i get indegestion alot from the amount i eat.
any thoughts ideas, tricks, experiences,., all will help immensely
