    neck fat

    hey guys, im not sure if this is the right section to post in but um... i have a big double chin haha and i want it gone! i jogg for 30+ minutes everyday sometimes 2 times a day. and the rest of my body is slimming out allot and im losing weight but my face and neck just wont budge! is it maybe what im eating? what can i do to get rid of my moon face??!! please help!!

    It could be water retention, you might be eating too much salt. Sometimes too many carbs can cause this too...

    You can try drinking more water? I don't think you can spot reduce, maybe try doing HIIT?

    i dont eat allot of salt or carbs really :S

    whats HIIT?

    high intensity interval training...

    basically sprint for 1 minute, walk or rest for 2, repeat for 20 minutes
