Test doesn't change your personality, but some people like myself will get aggravated pretty quick when it usually take us much longer to get angry off cycle.

So unfortunately if your family think your an a**hole, you prob are and thats got nothing to do with test! lol just kidding

Try counting backwards from 10, it usually helps me while driving befor getting off my car and bashing the guy who didn't give me way! lol

Honestly, stop being a jerk to your wife and kids, and don't blame it on the gear.

Like Syd said, there are many techniques people use for anger management...google it.

It's not related to "roid rage," if that' is deep down what you are thinking. And I do not see a problem with even getting eadgy with people. I've ran deca and test a couple times an NEVER GOT EADGY, if I was in a bad mood it was do to my stress, NOT THE STEROIDS.

Society alwasy tries to use "steroids," as the cause of a problem, but indeed it does give you a sence of well being. rathar than anger issues.

Cardio will raise your dopamine & endorphins levels.

Get you a book and go sit on the bike machine for an extra hour a night.

If you are already at your cardio limit then I donĀ“t know what to tell you.

Why donĀ“t you also list your dosages and shot schedule.

Uneven hormonal levels will cause PMS in men as well and women.

List your AI usage and other supps also.

No, in some cases people take one injection a week and have no idea why 3 days out of the week, one week into cycling, they feel like shit.

What kind of test and any AIs?

This stuff about "it's not the roids", and "you were probably a jerk before" isn't necessarily true, according to a prominent steroid researcher who I am friends with and who is cited several times in the steroid profiles forum on this site.

There is a small (5% or so) segment of the population who will experience "roid rage", sometimes to the point of committing homicide, without any prior indicators whatsoever of aggressive behavior. And, yes, steroids can exacerbate already present tendencies in a broader segment of the population.

"Roid rage" is a very real side effect of these drugs, and, if you think you are susceptible to it, you should either not use them or take extreme measures to keep yourself under control.

Twice a week is fine for TE it gives you reasonable blood levels.

Without blood work its hard to say, irritation can be caused from estrogen or DHT.

The problem is in the western world these is sexual discrimination againt men that want HRT or TRT. So, you are just going to find it out for yourself. It is not like you are going to walk into a docĀ“s office and get your estrogen levels tested without being looked at like a dope head.

So pick up and AI. Of course these is a possible reasonable issue that the test is not real but that is another issue in itself.

Go do your cardio. If you still feel like shit post again.

Yeah...when I ran parabolin and prop I acted like a narcissistic bastard...but never any crazy "roid rage". Its all about how you handle yourself and keeping composure.

No, sorry - I didn't mean to suggest you were homicidal. I was trying to point out that a lot of people in the AAS using community claim that there is no roid rage, when, in fact, good research indicates that there is, at least in some people. And, about 5% will react violently and unpredictably when they put these drugs in their bodies.

And, yeah, when I am on cycle, I am absolutely miserable to be around. Honestly, for me, "roid rage" is the scariest side effect of the drugs. I get really, really irritable and grandiose and very eager to start fights. I really have to rein myself in. It's honestly the main reason I don't cycle more often.

So, just be very careful. That's all I am saying.

Well, I think like PharmDoc said, cardio could be good.

Other than that, I've thought about trying 20 minutes or so of meditation in the morning?

But, I feel you, man. These drugs can make you very pissy. Just try to understand that it's the drugs making you feel that way and let the little stuff slide. Bite your tongue as much as you can.

this might sound corny but every morning, during lunch, and upon coming home do a little self evaluation. take a few seconds and think about your mental state. before walking in the door after work admit to yourself that your on something and it makes you aggressive. this will remind you not to let it show to your wife and kids.

i remember during the 2 hour driving instruction (or whatever number hrs it was) for a driving license the instructor said if you had an argument or whatever emotional event evaluate yourself before driving. being aware of that will remind yourself that despite what just happened you gotta pay attention to the road. its kind of similar.

i have never done a cycle but in some way this must be at least a start for someone who knows that they must control themselves a little better.

if youv admitted your problem and posted it for everyone to read then you have the will to fix it.

    Good advice.

Also if you feel its getting out of hand, seek some professional help. Try to learn how to manage stress. Good luck.
