    Advantages of Deca??

    What are the advantages of running Deca with a Test E cycle?

    Also in the cycle is GH and Clen and T3.

    Test E @ 500pw
    GH @ 2IUs ed building up to 4IUs ed.
    Clen and T3 dosage not sure yet. Advice on that would be good.

    Note: This would be first ever cycle.

    What are your stats, man?

    There is no way you need all that for your first cycle. You should grow like a weed off a simple test cycle, if everything else is in order.

    Wanting to run the Clen /T3 combo bc of bf%.

    Here's the deal. I am using the services of an ex famous bodybuilder and this is what he suggests. I gave him my diet, pics, workouts etc.

    yah, you definitely don't need all that.

    Maybe the GH at your age. But all that is just over kill.

    But it's up to you if you want to follow your trainers advice or not (I wouldn't if I were in your shoes). Does he give you a diet, too?

    Can you elaborate on the overkill?

    What should I take out?

    Why not the clen/T3 for the fat loss boost?

    i think he could benefit form a low dose of both deca and test

    e.g 300 test cyp, 250 deca

    since deca would be great for lubricating his joints, at his age i think it be a good idea to help during training

    i dont think you need the T3 or clen though, at 18%bf you could easily drop fat without it

    i dont know enough about GH to adivse you on it

    First cycle,i would take out everything other than the test.

    Can someone please explain the harms associated with what i have listed?

    I am fine with just the Test E and GH if the others are explained as being a bad idea and for what reason.

    the main reason you want to start with one compound is that when sides arise you will know how you react, and which drug is giving you the sides.

    If you start a cycle of test/deca/GH/clen and T3, and you get sides, how will you know which one is giving you the sides?

    it's best to ease your way into these things.

    my advice: forget the clen/t3, drop the body fat naturally, and when you're a lower body fat, start a test cycle.

    A general rule is anything under 15%

    Want to at least do Test with GH.

    Please tell me cons about adding Clen or T3 or both to cycle?

    Training history.
    Powerlifitng champ in Australia back in 1980 ) ( i know, that was decades ago)
    Mainly weights now 4 days with 3 days cardio.
    Did Triathlons for 2 seasons up until last year.
    Diet got off rails a bit with divorce, gym fire and ex getting breast cancer.

    Diet eg,

    Oatmeal with blueberries
    2 protein shakes a day ( 50 g ea)
    Nuts, dried fruit snacks,
    At least 1 lean protein meal.
    3-5 eggs a day
    Other meal of day usually homemade soup or a salad with protein.

    I know i am not eating enough good food. hard to eat more. Need more protein.

    I sometimes have choc or potato chips if feeling down etc etc....

    Drink approx 2 litre water.

    pct.
    I have Clomid.

    Nolva on way.

    Don't know exact dosage yet.

    Any ideas please??

    Forget line about pros and cons of Clen T3. Asked and answered....

    nolva 40/40/20/20
    clomid 100/100/50/50

    Go get blood work done with respect to your hormones prior to doing anything.

    If your hormonal levels you might never get down in body fat.

    Its great to have a solid diet but you really need to know where you are at prior to doing beating the dead horse.
