What makes you think your Insulin sens. is down?
Well for a while I was eating a diet fairly high in sugar and was eating sugary meals very quickly to try to up my insulin. Wanted to see what would happen. i gained much faster, and not just fat either, but now I wanted to go back to eating very little or no sugar and now I cannot seem to gain as fast. maybe I should just go back to the sugar diet lol. Come to think of it, it is probably not my sensitivity, just the fact that I stopped trying so hard to up my insulin every meal.
WOW! NO! LOL

serious?
I have been eating mostly brown rice and wheat bread the past couple weeks. Tons of protein powder every hour but no meat. I eat so much right now, I think it is a waste to spend big cash on each meal. When I eat a meal of fat I eat peanuts and tree nuts with protein powder. When I do a meal of fat/carb and protein I do veggie oil fried bread with protein powder. I eat like every 2 hours now, but I try to take a spoon or two of whey every hour.
After workout I load up on carbs and protein powder. Then an hour later I mix in vegetable source fats too. Usually until my stomach is about to burst, otherwise I cnat gain weight. When I was doing like 2 GIANT cookie meal per day I would nearly pass out from the insulin and I gained weight 3x faster.
208, around 8 - 10%bf, maybe even 11% now, but I am majorly bloated so I cannot tell. 6'1, 2nd cycle, but first one was very short. 22yo... what else
WTF is wrong with people with this " I don't eat meat but I drink like 10 protein shakes a day, thats OK right?"
Man eat some real food! No wonder you can't gain if your just taking powder for protein. Quality food is the key to quality gains. I would suggest doing some major changes to your diet and this see how your gains are. Also having a "Sugar Diet" for sick gains is a big FAIL!
Oh and don't give the excuse "Im so busy I can't cook my meals or eat all the time" You and everyone else has the same problem. You just have to make time! I spend about 3 hours/week to make all 7 days worth of food. 7 meals/day x 7 days= 49 meals a week/ 3hours= about 3.7 mins per meal for quality food!

No meat? wow
Definitely agree with this. Sugar, why? Also having a "Sugar Diet" for sick gains is a big FAIL!
Powders have their place, but they shouldn't be consumed throughout the day inplace of food. I only have a shake twice a day, PWO, and before sleep. PWO because my gym is half an hour from my house, and I need nutrients asap, and before I sleep because I hate cottage cheese and am so tired I couldn't eat another meal anyways.

well shit, I will go buy 100 chicken breasts. I think sugar is important. I do not eat any fruit so the only carb other than grain I eat is sugar. glucose is nice, fructose is the main ingredient in fruit. Put them together and you have a kick ass insulin booster. I m not gonna go overboard but I will add sugar to large meals.
By the way incase you didnt know sugar is a waste of time and a waste of calories .........
You are either a complete idiot, or this is a joke. I hope that for your sake this is a joke
I would bet $100 that based on the diets you have posted above you look terrible. Severely overweight is my guess
how is sugar a waste? WTF? Do any of you eat fruit? If you do, you are eating the part of sugar you say is a waste. glucose is certainly not a waste that is insane. For the last 3 years I would follow you guys normal diets. Slow steady gains. When I tried my sugar enriched diet I was able to put on weight sooo much faster. It was not all fat. Maybe a little bit more fat than usual, but compared to the time it would normally take to gain that weight, I consider it to be worth it. Still, on cycle I eat very little sugar. I just recently got into the protein powders and was not aware that they were shitty. So no big deal.
glucose is what your muscles use man.. period. Flooding your system with a very high amount of sweets as fast as you can until you are about to burst helps build muscle. Why is this? Studies show that when your body begins to crave sweets it triggers a response in the muscles to force themselves to take in much larger quantities of glucose at once.(this diet will DEFINITELY maximize the potential of your body to crave sweets)
What I was doing was using this diet before I went on cycle. Once a day, massive amounts of sweets as fast as I can eat them. (in fact this was my only meal of the day in order to REALLY maximize the effect, but sometimes I had to break for about 20 minutes which is why I would call it 2 meals). By the time I went on cycle, I felt terrible all day until I ate tons of carbs. So I can now wake up in the morning, craving carbs and work out. Then immediately eat a high glucose/protein meal and, in theory, get way more out of that meal into my muscles than I could before I craved sweets so badly. I could actually feel a euphoria in my muscles when I load up post workout. Started to lose its effect though, so maybe I should try to up my dependency on sweets again.

For all you normal dieters who follow the usual body building diets, when do you eat fruits? What time of day? Why not just eat some sugar and a multivitamin instead at this time?
I never eat fruit its too slow! Remember sucrose and fructose have been shown to replenish liver glycogen before muscle glycogen. When i carb load i dont use ,honey, fructose or sucrose. Its all to slow i use dextrose or maltodextrin for a limited time then i switch to complex carbs like sweet potatoes. I really dont understand why you are pushing this sugar is good for you thing to an extreme? Sugar isnt good for you. And actually PWO i dont have carbs at all, i have PRO/FAT. If you go on an excessive sugar feast you WILL gain bodyfat unless you are using some fast acting slin or something. So i urge you to clean your diet up!!...TOP

Everyone eats different stuff at diff times. Everyone gets good results if they use more juice. Here is a theory, calories and juice are more important than diet.
AND dude.. if you are afraid of putting on a little fat it will take FOREVER to get huge muscles. I want huge muscles. I do not mind taking a year off of looking perfectly trim all the time in order to get big rock hard meat on my bones.

you are once again... a complete idiot.
so ****ing funny
idk, I gain muscle 50x faster with juice. I hate it when people try to act like natural bodybuilding has anywhere near the potential of bb with juice however you diet. Obviously you can tune your diet to gain more muscle or shed more fat, I am a big believer in doing each of these things separately. I love extremely low carb for shedding fat, I do try to use diet to my benefit. For a couple years I was so obsessive about diet it ruined my social life. I wish I would have avoided that but I read so many people who said that eating properly could be more important than juicing I kept thinking I can do better, I can look better. Now I am on juice and I understand that without it I was just cheating myself, it just seems like such a joke that I thought I could be a big bb without it.
