ok i was sitting down the other day mapin out my diet and i think i go it about right but heres my problem. i work as a firefighter and the oppertunity to eat 6 or so meals a day with real food is presenting to be a problem. we have full kitchen and such but do to are call volume actually microwaven the food i bring and eating it is not working out so is it bad if on the days i work witch is every third day( = 8 or 9 day a month) would it be much of a set back if that day has a few more shakes in it then normal, and i have also looked up some home made protein bars and i thought of adding those since there easy to down in a few secs. any advice will be appreciated
