Hello all just wanting to post up my diet and hopfully get some input on it, i have had great gains from it and have used this diet or a form of this diet for a while now and i was just wondering if you could give me some more options its getting a little old after a couple of years haha.
morning 6:30: egg whites, pb toast, oats. then on my way to class a protein bar
snack 9:30: serious mass weight gainer shake(half a severing) or a can of tysons chicken
lunch 11:30: 2 chicken breasts, white rice, some mixed veggies an water
snack 2:00: really whatever i can make between classes and before my work out sometimes a can of tuna or chicken, shake or something with some light carbs
post work out 4-5: 100% whey shake two scoops with pb and oats
dinner 7-8: either chicken breasts an rice, or spaghetti an veggies, or some steak or all college kids favorite hamburger helper with lean ground beef an veggies.
bed snack: second half of serious mass shake and gram crackers with pb.
more my college diet seeing as how i cant exactly cook at my leasure i have to live in the athletic dorms so i have to go to a friends house on the weekends to cook all my food for the week so i can warm it up. Sooo with all that said can someone help in adding or changing or anything really. Please and thank you.
*some nights for dinner i eat fast food if we are on the road or i might order a pizza if i ate to much one day and didnt save enough for the rest of the week.
