    HGH life span

    I have an old stash of HGH and the expiration date is some were around 10.01.2008... it is still in the powder form and has been at room temperature. Any one think it is still any good or worth using at all?

    definatly not. its not like a normal pill or oil that will decrease in potency after time. it junk

    The shelf life of HGH is about a year in the frig and about a week once mixed and stored in the frig.
