    Third attempt at dieting

    Hi Guys

    I have always been the fat one in my group of friends, until ofcourse 2 years ago I joined the local gym, training hard 6 days a week. I take 2 steps forward with training but always seem to take 1 step back with my diet. Bellow is my third attempt to lose some body fat, but I am scared that I will be losing muscle too, which has taken so many hard days at the gym along with some costly supplements.

    I have been on my new diet for about a week along with some fat burning pills that contain sibutramine and I have gone from 88kg to 85kg just by doing this. My diet isn't all that great as I am unsure if it's being effective correctly.

    Breakfast
    1 cup of oats in water
    1 fat burner pill
    Pre-workout mix

    After about an hour I head to the gym where I train on weights for about an hour followed by 20-30mins of cardio

    Straight after training, I will have a protein shake which contains 50g of protein with bcaa's, glutamine, beta alanine and colostrum. I have been having this lately in 400ml of skim milk for additional protein

    Lunch
    1 side of salmon
    150g of green beans, snow peas and broccoli
    1/2 cup of rice
    Lemon Juice for flavour

    Dinner
    250g of salt seasoned chicken breast
    150g of green beans, snow peas and broccoli
    1/2 cup of rice

    Lately I have been feeling pretty flat so I have considered adding a small meal between Lunch and Dinner, but I am unsure if this is going to help.

    Any suggestions and feedback would be appreciated. My previous diet was similar to the above buy had an extra meal with red meat and also had 500g of 99% fat free, 60% less sugar yoghurt, but it seemed like I was always eating and never completing meals

    sorry guys, I thought I edited the post with that info.

    Age: 21
    Height: 178cm
    Weight: 85kg
    BF%: not too sure, haven't measured, compared to blokes at the gym who have been, I'd say 15-17%

    BMR = 1977.7
    IDEE = 3411.5325

    I also take 4 caps of fish oil (1000mcg ***** 3 per cap) per day
