    so i'm gonna give cyp a try again...last yr i did a 15 wk cycle of cyp at 500mgs a week and did pct of proviron and clomid....i worked well but i def was at too hihg of a bf percentage a the beginning of the cycle.....

    right now i'm 6'3 and hovering at 255..around 16-18 percent bf....i've been steadily weight training for 5 yrs straight and i take in 6-7 meals a day landing around 3200 cal total with one cheat day on sunday...

    now with round one i did it all wrong ...no cardio and wendys was my favorite place to eat....this time around i have my diet in full check and i am going to keep cardio in there also meanwhile upping my caloric intake to around 5000 5500...with proper proteins efa's and carb sources.....keeping my cheat day to help balance me out....

    my question is...is cyp the correct form of test for me to take? and if i properly employ cardio and maybe some armidex will bloat and pudginess be kept to a minimum?

    i think u should wait on the cycle:
    1. cardio should already be happening.
    2. adex will def. help with bloat
    3.dont use a cheat day, use a cheat meal.
    4. u should really lower ur bf before cycle man.
    follow ur diet with cardio and a cheat meal and u will be surprised how quickly u drop bf..

    ^Agreed as usual with Moosey.

    I'll only add, if you're at 16-18% bf, don't increase cals to 5K a day, man. That's way too much, and you'll just end up putting on too much extra body fat.

    And adex will help with the bloat, but not the "pudginess".

    well how low do u think my bf should be at??....for instance last year i did that 15wk cycle..i weighed like 260 and went up to 285 but i def gained alot of fat..so after my pct my bloat went down alot and my weight decreased to about 272...now with my diet and increased cardio i have gotten down to 255 with about the same strength...but i'm itchin to go back up again i just wanna keep it under control....should i possibly take a different form of test?? ...addistinally i'm always stuck on the fact that while im on cycle i need to be stuffing my face to get the bst results from the cycle but i'm guessing that isnt true

    I have a feeling you're one of those people who is overly concerned with the scale--on and off cycle. And thus, your measurement of "gains" is based on whether you added 20+lbs on a cycle.

    I promise you, if you're adding 20+ in a cycle, you're not adding 20 pounds of clean muscle tissue. Some will be muscle, some fat, some water.

    My advice is to cut. Cut down to 10% bf. You might loose a little strength, but don't worry. Once you get down to that bf, you'll look twice as big as you do now. And from there, you're in a much better position to put on quality muscle.

    Then, start your cycle, but don't increase cals to 5k/day. Start off slow, only adding a few hundred clean cals over your current TDEE. You will add some fat, but it won't be as much, your bloat will be less, and you'll be much happier with the results in general.

    Did you even read that paragraph I wrote up there for you, man?

    Anyway, .25mg EOD would be a good starting point for adex, and see how that goes...

    Take as much as needed, it varies for everyone. I take more than 700mg of test and use zero adex and have no problems. If your joints start to hurt definently back off adex dose.

    sorry bro i shouldve responded to you before i wrote that question...didnt mean to disrespect and i appreciate the response....i'm gonna keep goin with my cardio and diet for the time being but i'm doing my order for gear soon whether i'm gonna start it now or not so i wanted to be prepared....again sorry

    another dumb question...is it possible to keep losing bf while on a cycle of cyp?

    Of course it is, bro.

    You could even just eat at maintenance calories, use cardio to create a caloric deficiency, and the test will help preserve your LBM.

    if i use the cyp while trying to keep reducing bf levels will the test have the same affect on me strength wise? and should i be using a lesser amt weekly because i'm not using it to make drastic weight gains?....also if i do like a 20 wk cycle of cyp can 10 of those weeks be weeks i was trying to lessen my bf levels and then once thats achieved can the other 10 wks be used to make some muscle and bulk gains??

    u dont need gear man....no matter how u word it.
    get ur big ass on a treadmill/cardio and dial the diet in.

    stop looking for short cuts...

    not really a shortcut bro...just dont wanna get any weaker haha..so if the test will guide me along for a bit to keep strength up and then once my bf level is at a good enough percent then i'll amp it up

    u are looking for a short cut.

    any strength u loose u will gain once u trim urself down and PROPERLY do a cycle..

    they are right i loss 20 pounds in 1 1/2 months with agood diet and cardio they helped me with and didnt lose any strength, and still didnt start cycle

    don't run a 20 week cycle. Go into a cycle with one of two plans- cut or bulk not both
