so i'm gonna give cyp a try again...last yr i did a 15 wk cycle of cyp at 500mgs a week and did pct of proviron and clomid....i worked well but i def was at too hihg of a bf percentage a the beginning of the cycle.....
right now i'm 6'3 and hovering at 255..around 16-18 percent bf....i've been steadily weight training for 5 yrs straight and i take in 6-7 meals a day landing around 3200 cal total with one cheat day on sunday...
now with round one i did it all wrong ...no cardio and wendys was my favorite place to eat....this time around i have my diet in full check and i am going to keep cardio in there also meanwhile upping my caloric intake to around 5000 5500...with proper proteins efa's and carb sources.....keeping my cheat day to help balance me out....
my question is...is cyp the correct form of test for me to take? and if i properly employ cardio and maybe some armidex will bloat and pudginess be kept to a minimum?
