Now I know timing carbs and fat in take is part of a good diet, But how should one do this if you work graveyard? I get off work 6 AM an head straight to the gym. I do weight training followed by cardio right after. I am taking a protien shake before I lift along with a caffine pill, workout, then pwo, followed by breakfast about an hour or so later, Then I hit the sack. My life is flipped upside down because of this schedule, but is this ok?
Also is ok to say liquidfy your breakfast (eggs, egg whites, grounded oats in a coffee grinder, and a small amount of protein shake for taste) in a blender? Any ideas for quality taste (like milk, a type of protein, etc) and do i just add the eggs and whites raw?
