I think my diet is somewhat clean however theres always room for improvement. I'd really like to get a lot more meat/veggies in there but its hard when you go to school for 7-8 hours a day. (not to mention work too). Im 19, 5'8'' 166lbs, at about 18% BF. I'm looking to get to 10% bf hopefully about 155lbs. I was very overweight at 191lbs 5 months ago. I just started a clen cycle as i have plateaued slightly.
My diet is currently
Meal 1: 3-4 Whole eggs
2 pieces whole wheat toast
1/2 Tbsp butter
Meal 2:1 Scoop of whey in water
1/2 cup of diced almonds
Meal 3:1 Can Tuna
1Tbsp Mayo (Helps make it bearable)
chopped celery
Meal 4:PWO shake 2 scoops whey in water
1-2TBSP Dextrose sugar
Meal 5:2 TBSP Peanut butter
South beach bar (15g carbs, 10g protein, 140 cals) Is this not too great?
Meal 6: 5-6 chicken strips
Side of veggies or rice
Totals are roughly 1900-2000 cals, 180-200g protein, 85-100g carbs, rest in fats.
I'm supplementing with fish oil, mulit vitamin, and tauring 5g a day for clen. Any help is greatly appreciated.
