I'm trying to cut down some BF. im pretty lean now (around 9-10%), but would like to get leaner (closer to 6-7%) and had a Q about Krogers brand CarbMasters yogurt. is this considered just as bad for cutting as a regular dairy yogurt or would this be okay to eat?
