thats what i thought, lets say for example my cutting diet is perfected and my cardio is on point, why would someone even bother with taking a cutting supplment like t3 or clen, or even a cutting steroid cycle like test prop and anavar/winstrol?
It's been proven that resistance training is more beneficial for fat loss then just cardio. Workout with weights Mon-Wed-Fri with 10-15 mins HIIT cardio afterwards and medium intensity cardio for 45 mins tues-thurs-sat(or sunday)
