Switching to Bulking at high bf% need diet help

Been cutting for months dropped 30lbs, plateaued nothing is working for me anymore. Im about 17% bf and im gonna start bulking as i want more muscle mass. I been eating about 2k cals a day, my TDEE is 2700, im 5'8'' 165lbs. How many calories should i aim for? 3k a day?

Im gonna keep my diet very clean to avoid fat gain.

You are kinda contradicting yourself here. You are stating you want to bulk but avoid fat gain. Most people who bulk have resigned themselves to some fat gain along the way. I happen to agree that at 17% you should be weary of bodyfat increases. Why not stick with the plan and get down to a respectable 12% BF then reassess?

Just frustration at this point. I was approaching 30% bf and i cut down to about 17% dropping 25lbs. I feel kind of small not as muscular as id like to be. I've been eating 2k calories which is like 700 below my TDEE and i never notice any weight loss anymore. I dont understand whats going on seems like my body has had enough cutting and wont move anymore.

Sticking points are enevitable when dieting, it's just a matter of making the required adjustments. Without knowing exactly what your diet and cardio schedule consists of now it's hard to give specific advice but I am guessing you need to increase your food intake a bit and/or increase the amount of cardio you are doing.
